Builder's Story:

Edward "Ted" Ferland, comes from a long line of craftsmen Builders. He learned the trade from his father, a master carpenter and house wright. The Ferland family ancestors were artisans creating ornate millwork, at their wood working shop in Canada. The fruits of their labor were requested and installed in some of the finest homes throughout New England.

Ted is a "hands-on" builder, who can be found with tools in hand. Working along side of his carpentry crews, he keeps a keen eye on quality.

Known for his outstanding customer service and follow up, he has built a reputation based on repeat clients and referrals.
